Position Info

The Reservations Supervisor position will solve routine problems, maintain files for all definite arrivals, assist in the billing of no-show reservations. Block reservations for suites and to accommodate special requests, coordinate group room blocks with Sales department. Input and accurately file all reservations received. Post advance deposits to correct accounts. Run confirmations and mail as assigned, assist Reservations Manager with all tentative and definite paperwork for groups. Strong attention to detail required.


  1. High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  2. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  3. Prior experience preferred
  4. Read, write and speak English fluently
