Responsibilities include designing personalized domestic and international travel packages such as cruises, tours, flights, hotels, and car rentals; inspiring clients using prior travel experiences; building long-term client relationships; achieving sales goals leveraging AAA’s travel strategy; and cross-selling related products like AAA Travel Advantage Visa Credit Cards. The role offers expert-led training, travel perks including company-sponsored IATAN cards, paid educational trips, exclusive personal travel rates, monthly sales bonuses, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, holidays, retirement savings with employer match, and health insurance. Work schedule is Monday to Friday 8 AM - 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM, with Sundays off, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (travel school certification preferred), minimum two years travel sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, multitasking proficiency, and satisfactory background screening. The position may require obtaining necessary membership licenses.
