The Overview
The Entertainment Support Agent plays a key role within the Entertainment Travel Division at F1S, supporting day-to-day booking execution, administrative fulfillment, and advisor assistance for entertainment-focused travel. This role handles travel arrangements for house accounts, referred or overflow bookings, and provides internal support for advisors.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Book and manage travel (air, hotel, ground, etc.) for house accounts, referrals, overflow requests, and entertainment advisors (including touring artists and production teams) using Sabre.
• Proactively review and ensure the accuracy of reservations, preferences, and itineraries, correcting any errors or disruptions.
• Issue, exchange, void, and refund tickets via Sabre with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with advisors via phone, email, and chat, offering tailored travel support for entertainment needs.
• Confirm itineraries, handle changes, disruptions, and special requests, and proactively resolve any booking issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Research travel destinations, fares, hotels, routing, and logistical details to support specific client goals and ensure all arrangements align with preferences and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry, including entertainment-focused trends, travel regulations, and evolving best practices to inform bookings and enhance service.
• Assist the Director with operational tasks, including preparing rooming lists, riders, proposals, tour spreadsheets, and other required documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized travel-related documentation for team collaboration.
• Prepare accurate invoices, flight sheets, tour spreadsheets, credit card authorizations, Sabre profiles, and other essential documents.
• Organize and compile detailed spreadsheets for tours, reservations, commission tracking, and client preferences.
• Support entertainment-focused advisors with bookings and documentation during time off, high volume periods, or one-offs.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST Monday - Friday
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, with entertainment travel experience.
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS (ticketing, exchanges, pricing, etc.).
• Experience with complex itineraries, especially for touring clients or high-profile individuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, especially under pressure.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience supporting entertainment industry clients, production teams, or touring talent is a plus.
