Welcome to Nellie. Founded in 2022, we're a luxury travel brand crafting deeply personalized journeys for our clients. Nellie’s mission is to connect humans through extraordinary experiences and that informs everything we do, from our relationships with our clients to the journeys we craft, connecting our travelers to each other and the communities they visit. We are looking for team members who want to join us in building Nellie, are self-starters, and love a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Description: This is a sales-driven role for a travel lover with a gift for connection and conversion. As a Luxury Travel Advisor, your primary responsibility is to take inbound leads—clients who’ve raised their hands—and turn their travel dreams into unforgettable realities. Working with our internal Operations team, and custom software, you'll guide them through the visioning process, build trust quickly, and expertly present high-end, bespoke itineraries that close with confidence.

You won’t need to source your own clients (we’ve got that covered), but you will need to understand luxury travel buyers, how to position and sell luxury travel, and deliver a level of service that feels as elevated as the experiences we sell. If you do have a book of business, there is an opportunity to bring them along with a market compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to build their trust, understand their vision for each trip, their family’s interests, and their budgetary requirements.
  • Providing VIP-level service throughout the planning process, including thoughtful, intuitive communication
  • Designing bespoke travel itineraries for high-touch clients with an eye for beauty and a taste for the extraordinary
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with global partners (hoteliers, guides and experience providers)
  • Collaborate with our Operations team to prepare detailed trip presentations and to coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, transportation and other travel-related services.
  • Stay informed about travel industry trends, new destinations, and emerging experiences to continuously enhance trip offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ability to participate in familiarization trips.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years in luxury travel sales with significant destination expertise in at least one region including personal travel experience in that region.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage 30+ trips at one time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations and building lasting relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of Google Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • A deep passion for travel and exploration!
  • Work authorization in the United States

Perks:

  • Fully remote work
  • Access to high-value leads—no cold prospecting
  • Travel perks and fam trip opportunities
  • Access to a back-office team who manages all Sabre/GDS bookings including air and hotel
  • Access to a sophisticated, custom CRM and trip-planning system
  • Collaborative, creative team culture
  • Opportunities to grow within a rapidly scaling company

To Apply:

Send us your resume and a brief note sharing one of the most memorable sales experiences you've ever had—whether it was closing a dream trip, upselling an experience, or turning a hesitant maybe into a joyful yes.
