Role Description
This is a remote role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will coordinate travel arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, researching travel options, booking travel services, and resolving any issues that may arise during travel. While the agency has a membership to obtain leads, the best clients are those that the Travel Advisor cultivates on their own. As this is a business with success found in building lifelong clients, advisors will be encouraged and trained on how to develop their own pipelines for growth.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with various travel booking platforms is a plus
