What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options while proactively anticipating traveler needs
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations
• Ensure compliance with customers' travel policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to coach and provide constructive feedback for service improvement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs
• Native expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information
• Understanding of the travel industry, including business travel or airline reservations
