We are expanding our network and actively seeking a Luxury Cruise Specialist with proven annual sales exceeding $1 million in cruise travel. This role will ideally be based in the Southwest, though we are open to exceptional candidates in other markets who are open to occasional travel to support in-person advisor training.

This is more than a sales role — it’s a strategic opportunity to build and lead a cruise niche within our agency. We are seeking an advisor who will not only contribute personal sales expertise but also mentor, onboard, and support the development of a team of cruise-focused advisors. The ideal candidate will help expand our cruise niche by cultivating and leading a community of affiliate advisors who want to build a significant cruise business over a 12–24 month period.

To be considered, applicants must have a transferable book of business and direct client relationships. This role is not suited for advisors coming from fully employed or call center-style environments where client ownership is not retained. Candidates must be able to bring their existing clientele and group cruise business to BTA. For the right fit, we are open to discussing a book of business buyout or structured transition plan, ensuring long-term success and continuity.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A successful track record of $1M+ in cruise travel sales
  • A transferable client base with direct relationships
  • Established group cruise business or strong potential to grow one
  • Expertise in luxury ocean, river, and expedition cruising
  • Experience leading or mentoring advisors or teams
  • Based in the Southwest (preferred but not required)
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically for team training and collaboration
