We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Visa Consultant to support employees at our client's Memphis office, working fully onsite, Monday through Friday.

In this client-facing role, you will assist employees in obtaining business visas, passports, and other travel documents. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your expertise to guide individuals through the application process with accuracy, efficiency, and a focus on customer service.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the operations team.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, in the office 9am-5.30pm with occasional overtime

Salary: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa and passport application processes for on-site employees
• Provide tailored, accurate advice based on individual travel needs and requirements
• Ensure compliance with consular regulations and internal service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa/passport requirements and consulate closings
• Review and manage trip approvals, documentation, and submission timelines
• Take passport photos as required by the client
• Keep the backup consultant trained and informed
• Maintain professional communication with both the onsite client and the operations team
• Proactively resolve issues while balancing client and business interests
