Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Advisor located in Metairie, LA. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, arranging travel plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
