The Mississippi Department of Archives and History seeks an experienced Group Tours Coordinator for the Two Mississippi Museums. Primary duties include engaging with group organizers, ensuring a positive visitor experience, and coordinating visits. The Group Tours Coordinator will work under the general supervision of the Director of Visitor Experience, focusing on coordinating group tours, conducting outreach, managing grant implementation, and serving as a key member of the Two Mississippi Museum visitor experience team.

Preferred Qualifications

This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree and four to seven years of related experience. Experience in group tours and reservations with a proven track record in customer service is preferred.
