What You’ll Be Doing

As a Luxury Travel Advisor, you’ll craft personalized, unforgettable travel experiences—from seamless logistics to exceptional moments that surprise and delight. You will:

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their travel dreams and bring them to life.
• Design tailor-made itineraries including flights, 5-star accommodations, private tours, and VIP experiences.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with top global hotels, DMCs, and service providers to unlock exclusive rates and perks.
• Manage every step of the travel journey, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up.
• Stay ahead of trends, luxury openings, and insider-only opportunities to provide elevated recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted travel concierge and advisor, delivering white-glove service at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in luxury travel planning, hospitality, or high-end client services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience using GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre (a strong plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and time management.
• A passion for luxury travel and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
