From a purely business standpoint, DNA Travel makes total sense. I am an independent advisor and I need control over my margins. The wholesale rates on resorts are fantastic, and the fact that there are no fixed commitments gives me the flexibility I need to run my agency my way. I have a few international clients, so being able to easily toggle the quotes into a few more international currencies directly on the dashboard would be a helpful future update. It turned my pricing into an advantage rather than a hurdle. I don't have to worry about clients finding a better deal online because the rates I get here let me beat those prices while still keeping a healthy profit.

What do you like most about Typedesk? Typedesk has been a helpful tool for staying organized and keeping our most-used responses accessible. As someone managing client communication across multiple destinations and a team of 10, having a centralized place for templates saves real time.Clean interface, easy to use. Glad it's in our toolkit. What are some areas of Typedesk's product that could be improved? The auto-fill feature is handy once you get used to triggering it intentionally. My wishlist: a way to pull it up directly inside email without a separate login, and a more intuitive trigger than the forward slash. Good bones, and I'd love to see those refinements. Worth having in your workflow if you send a lot of repeat communications. What problems does Typedesk solve for you? I can't speak for my full team's adoption, but the resource is there and available when they need it.
