I have been with Yeti Travel Co since Nov '24. I chose Yeti after researching several different host agencies because it felt the most approachable and welcoming to new agents. I like training and I like support as I learn a new skill and the team at Yeti has provided both, over and over. Training is offered in several formats; supplier webinars, online training, specialized training, and "open mic" phone call opportunities where a new or seasoned agent can ask anything. Its all been tremendously helpful as I establish my new business. Having worked in a number of other sales sectors, I also appreciate that Yeti is there to help but does not pressure through quotas, comparisons or other methods. I have enjoyed learning and growing my business at my own pace and at every step of the way Yeti owners and agents have been there to cheer me on. I highly recommend Yeti Travel Co to anyone interested in starting their own travel business.

The direct deposit option for commission makes keeping track of things very easy and simple to understand.
I've worked for other host agencies before and Yeti is BY FAR the best one! When I have question, the responses are fast and helpful. They work closely with their advisors and I feel very supported and confident with them. The commission is fair and I feel, when starting out, the commission split is much better than a monthly fee since I am just starting and bookings are a little more spread out while I gain clients. I look forward to working with them for years to come!

The level of support you get with Yeti is amazing and I am able to choose what I sale. I am not forced to take extra training that isn't a match for my clients and am able to provide them with knowledgable expertise on specific brands they already love!
I am new to the travel advisor business and Yeti Travel Co has been more than I could have asked for as a host agency. The commission splits are fair and there is not initial startup or annual fees. The training and support offered are top notch with contracted suppliers in every possible category. If the supplier needed is not available, Yeti will take the recommendation to setup as a supplier for the agency.

Yeti has been a great host agency for my situation. I do most of my communication and bookings in the evenings and on the weekends around my 9-5 job. With Yeti's portfolio of suppliers I have been able to get very familiar with several cruise lines, package booking sites and Disney vacations. The monthly spotlights help highlight what is going on with various suppliers and give me insight on what I can offer to perspective clients who may not be familiar with them. If you are just starting out as an advisor, I believe Yeti is a great host agency to get your feet wet and receive the guidance and support you are going to need.

I started here last year and it has been a great experience. It's a one time fee which gives you the flexibility to grow your business as fast or slow as you'd like. They are helpful and give you lots of resources. You have to put in the effort but they are there if you need guidance and support. Love being with Yeti and I am so pleased I chose them.
Yeti Travel is AMAZING! Colin really goes above and beyond to help you if you need it, he takes suggestions, and he never makes you feel like you’re a problem for him. My previous host agency did not provide any kind of help. Yeti also has a platform where us agents can help eachother. I highly recommend!
Yeti is a great host agency. I’m a new agent and there are so many opportunities to learn whether it’s face to face with FAM trips or going through the training. The app that they use also allows you to ask questions and the community of agents and the host agents are always willing to help. The commission split is very generous. One of my friends that has been an agent for years has been thinking about joining me at this agency.
