The Academy program is a standout feature, providing comprehensive training that clearly outlines how to quote accurately and understand the agency's policies and procedures. This program also includes valuable supplier trainings, ensuring that you have all the resources needed to provide clients with precise quotes. The management team is exceptionally friendly and responsive, always ready to ask insightful questions that encourage you to think critically and improve your research skills. They don't just hand you answers; they guide you to become better at your craft. Additionally, they consistently pay commissions on time, and their generous commission split is highly appreciated. Starting as an experienced agent, I have truly enjoyed my journey with Magical Moments Vacations so far.

Magical Moments Vacations provides a very comprehensive training program offering an in-depth introduction to the agency as well as an overview of their suppliers. I appreciated the private Facebook group they have for Academy members where you can ask questions anytime they come up and you will receive a response. After completing their Academy program I feel confident I have a strong foundation to build my business from. I would recommend this agency to others looking for a host agency to get you started!
