I was a previous travel agent with a different host agency and decided to make the switch to Magical Moments Vacations after some bad interactions with my previous agencies owners. Magical Moments Vacations has been nothing but amazing since joining. The managers are extremely professional and so helpful when it comes to navigating the different systems they use. Although I came in with experience, I decided to take their full academy for new agents and have found it very helpful. I have been able to learn so much about different destinations and was given some very good insight on things I can change when quoting clients. This is truly one big family and they just want to see all of their agents succeed.

I was looking for a career change back in May 2024. I applied with Magical Moments Vacations in May and heard back from them super quick! I was so excited to be accepted into the MMV Academy. The training they provide has been great. I feel very knowledgeable after completing the academy and feel confident providing excellent service to my clients. I feel as though I have all of the resources at my fingertips to help me succeed as a travel agent. I love how they have FB groups where you can ask questions to other travel agents. This is also beneficial if a client is asking for a recommendation that perhaps you don't have knowledge about. If you are on the fence about what host agency to use, jump into the deep end with MMV-you won't regret it!
I was looking for a travel agency that supported their agents and this one is great! The learning plan has been really helpful and starts agent off on the right foot. After much thought on becoming an independent travel agent, I did a lot of research on what agency to be a part of. I know of other MMV independent agents and have seen how much they loved being a part of the MMV team and how well they did. What really sold me was the in-depth, thorough training program they offer. They truly care about their agents and have taken so much time and attention to set them up for success. They are very communicative and have very hands-on management. There is always someone available to answer any questions we may have. Looking forward to many successful and memorable years to come!
