The Academy Program has been a wonderful introduction to the travel industry. The training is well organized, informative, and easy to follow. I especially appreciate being able to complete the courses at my own pace while balancing work and family responsibilities. The program has helped me build confidence and expand my knowledge of Disney destinations, Universal vacations, Royal Caribbean cruises, and the responsibilities involved in serving clients.
