Magical Moments Vacations

I joined Magical Moments Vacations a few months ago after spending a year building my travel business. I was looking for an agency where I felt valued and that the commission split was fair, and I am so glad I found MMV! The leadership is wonderful and the structure focuses on agents as people, not just a way to make money. I love working with them and being able to be part of such a large network!

This company has allowed me to expand my knowledge and given me the tools to truly be successful in this industry! They have been so helpful every step of the way! While I have some knowledge, the process has brought me to expand that and capitalize on many marketing techniques I was unaware of! I will truly be forever grateful to Magical Moments Vacations!

I’m so excited to finally be an agent with MMV! My family loves to travel and explore new destinations, so I’ve always been interested in researching new destinations and planning the logistics and details of making the most of each trip. My Mom has been an agent with the company for many years and I’ve watched how supportive and friendly all of the agents are with each other. I thought I knew a lot about planning travel until I went through the comprehensive training academy that MMV provides. I learned so much and feel so much more confident in my ability to help clients. Everyone is so supportive and willing to answer any questions and share information. It truly feels like a family and I’m thrilled to be part of it.

As a beginner, the support I have received from leadership and the other agents has been invaluable. MMV Academy is thorough, easy to understand, well planned, and has made this transition a simple process. Agents are always quick to answer all questions and helpful to point new people in the right direction!

I can't say enough great things about Magical Moments Vacations. While I am a very seasoned traveler and know how to design a vacation to fit your needs, I am new to this industry and Magical Moments gave me all the tools I needed to get my business off the ground. I had several offers from other agencies and even took the time to interview with them. I ultimately chose Magical Moments Vacations because of their extensive training and support through webinars, Facebook groups, and a great staff that I can email for help at any time. This company runs like a well oiled machine. I am less than 6 months in and have never had late or missing commissions. They are organized and on top of it! I receive my commission report on the 1st of the month and am paid no later than the 15th.

I chose Magical Moments Vacations because of their Academy and support. The training program is very detailed, and the support given from the instructors is amazing. I feel very confident going ahead with my career as a travel advisor. I can't say enough about how supportive everyone has been. I have loved every minute!
