Once we fill out application, what is the time frame for getting accepted and into Academy?

Hi Christy! We look at all applications and respond (in almost all cases) within 24-72 hours. Weekends/Out of Office/and Holidays are the only exceptions. We respond with either an invite for an interview, or if we are unable to proceed with your application, we let you know that as well. Thank you for your question!

I see reference to your six month training academy, can a new agent sell vacations during this time and be eligible for commissions ?

Hi Dawn! Yes, agents have full access to all suppliers and can begin booking immediately upon completion of registration. The only difference is that our new agents are in a separate group that provides more one on one guidance and training for the first six months.

Can a home based agent, join other Host Agencies, I am with a Host now and I am looking for higher commission rates.

A Sonja - As Independent Contractors, you are free to join a new agency should you feel it is in your best interest. However, MMV does not work with agents who are under contract with another agency. Out of respect for the agency, you'd want to only work for one agency at a time.

Is there requirements regarding how many times we have been to Disney. I LOVE DISNEY

Hi Sonda! We love Disney too! Typically we like to see that our potential agents have personal experience, either selling, or traveling to the destinations we specialize. We like to see a minimum of 3 vacations in the past 5 years. The more the better!
