Roles & Responsibilities

Arrange Engagements And Meetings

1. Coordinate travel arrangements for business clients attending out-of-town engagements and meetings.

Understand Customer Needs

1. Determine clients' preferences and requirements, such as scheduling and cost considerations.

Plan And Customize Travel Packages

1. Create personalized tour packages, excursions, and activities based on clients’ preferences.

Source Information

1. Research and provide accurate fare and schedule information to clients.

Calculate Total Costs

1. Help clients understand the total costs associated with their travel plans.

Provide Documentation Guidance

1. Communicate all necessary travel documents and their requirements to clients.

Offer Local Insights

1. Provide advice on local weather conditions, customs, and attractions to enhance clients' experiences.

Manage Changes And Contingencies

1. Make alternative arrangements for clients in the event of unforeseen changes or issues.

Experience

While personal experience in travel is a huge plus, it is not a requirement. However, strong sales experience and a background in customer service would be beneficial.
