Candidates must complete two assessments before submitting an application to be considered for this position. Since we are a fully remote company, we often receive hundreds of applicants and have found the Predictive Index (PI) assessments very helpful. PI gives us a general idea of what drives you, your preferred team environment, and how you approach work.

Please take the Predictive Index Assessment here: https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/0si/LPHousingCoord

The first part is a personality assessment with no right answers. It is untimed but usually only takes about 5 minutes to complete. Then you'll receive a follow-up email to complete the second assessment, the cognitive portion, which is scored by how many questions you can answer correctly in 12 minutes.

Please do not click "apply" before completing both assessments, as that may result in an automatic rejection.
