Our US operations are continuing to grow, so we’re looking to hire experienced Business Travel Consultants to join our US based team working remotely. You’ll be providing outstanding levels of service to our clients utilizing your previous experience in business travel.

What You’ll Do

  1. Arrange all elements of corporate travel for our VIP client base. Book domestic & international reservations using the GDS and inhouse platforms.
  2. Provide a consultative bespoke service including visas, passport requirements and vaccination advice
  3. Service refunds and cancellations.
  4. Help to train and support new staff as they join the team

What we’re looking for

  1. You’ll be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in business travel
  2. Ideally, you’ll have experience using GDS systems Sabre/ Galileo
  3. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
  4. You’ll be happy to work between the hours of 7am and 9pm ET on a rota basis and be able to attend out of hours training if required
  5. If you're bilingual and speak both Spanish and English that would be an advantage but is not essential
