A few years ago, my family took our first trip to Universal Studios, and I reached out to a childhood friend who was a travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations for help. I was blown away by her knowledge, organization, and guidance—and after several Disney and Universal trips planned with her, I remained so impressed by the level of service she provided. When I started thinking about a career change, she was the first person I turned to.
