Though I have only been with my host agency for a relatively short time, I must say I have been very impressed by LuxRally Travel. The coursework that we went through with LuxRally was so much more detailed and thorough (over 300 individual courses) that it blew away the other training we had seen available, not to mention the fact that so many other agencies wanted more money for a monthly subscription. The emphasis on luxury gives you a broader range of knowledge, because those host agencies/agents focusing on budget travel wouldn't have the skill set required to service luxury clientele. We have been encouraged throughout the process of joining the team at LuxRally Travel, but performance has been stressed and it is reinforced throughout that this is a serious business that requires attention to detail at all times.
