What are some areas of mTrip's product that could be improved? A potential improvement would be the handling of bookings made on behalf of travelers. When both the booker's and the traveler's email addresses are included in a reservation, it can sometimes be challenging to ensure that the correct person receives access to the trip and related notifications. What problems does mTrip solve for you? mTrip's support team is very responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. The most common issue we encounter is when a trip is not visible in the traveler's app because it has been linked to another user account. In these situations, the support team responds quickly and helps us identify the cause and find the best solution, ensuring that travelers can access their itineraries without unnecessary delays.

The pricing is what keeps me here. It is very easy to add my own markup on luxury stays and boutique hotels, and the independence it gives me to run my agency my way is exactly what I was looking for. Since the base rates are so low, I can bundle my fee into the total price and it still looks like a steal for the client without me having to constantly justify my service fees. Using the quote builder on my iPad can sometimes be a bit glitchy with the layout. It works perfectly on my desktop, but better tablet optimization would definitely make it a 5-star product for me.
