I have been using it for about 2 years, and it has become a huge part of how I manage my travel business. It makes it so much easier to stay organized and keep track of what needs to be done without feeling like I am constantly searching through different systems or notes. One thing I would love to see improved is having more places or options to add small notes throughout the system. There are times when I want to make quick little notes about different parts of a reservation or client file, and while I have found workarounds that work for me, having more built-in note options for every aspect would make it even smoother.
