I have been waiting to write this review so that I could be honest in my thoughts. I have been with Dugans now a year and a half. They have been supportive in so many areas of this business. Helping you to understand the business when you are new, insight into how to handle difficult situations that may arise, growing your business, and so much more. They offer so many ways to be involved and learn how to be the best version of you in this industry. They offer so many chances for hands-on learning with trips; it is up to you to take them up on the opportunity. I have loved meeting so many supportive agents when taking training opportunities and meeting all the management team as well. I am glad that I did my research and picked a host agency that cares about you and not being a number. I will continue to be grateful that they said yes to me.
