Kick Start Business 101 is an Outside Agents’ five-day, in-person training designed to give travel advisors the foundation they need to launch and grow a successful travel business.
Held at our Jacksonville, Florida, training center, this classroom-style workshop delivers focused, interactive instruction in a small-group environment. Advisors spend the week learning directly from Outside Agents’ leadership team, experienced staff, and preferred supplier partners.
This is not a webinar. It is hands-on, structured business education.
Throughout the week, attendees receive training in:
• Travel agency business operations and structure
• Sales strategies and proven closing techniques
• Marketing fundamentals, including social media and branding
• Working with cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators
• Fraud prevention and best practices
• Leveraging modern tools and systems to operate efficiently
Supplier representatives from major cruise lines, resorts, and guided vacation companies participate to provide direct insight and relationship-building opportunities.
Each day includes classroom instruction, open Q&A, and networking with fellow advisors and industry partners. Lunch is provided daily, with an additional hosted group dinner during the week.
