What do you like most about RhomTrip?
Rhom did an excellent job assisting with a very detailed client request for a meet and greet service at Boston Logan Airport. My client was traveling with 24 pieces of luggage, and the service ended up expanding into a full transfer to the airport after the client was unhappy with the transportation they had originally booked themselves.
The client had very specific expectations and later confirmed to me that Rhom’s meet and greet and transfer service fully lived up to them. The greeters went above and beyond helping organize the luggage with the airline, from getting all the bags tagged to assisting the airline agent in organizing all 24 pieces by number. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel very smooth for the client.
From the advisor side, I really appreciated Rhom’s prompt responses and their ability to adapt quickly when plans changed. Their team was flexible, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process.
I would absolutely work with Rhom again for future clients.

The driver was confirmed the day before the trip which made me a little nervous if a driver was going to be confirmed for the transport but everything worked out perfectly.
