This position is responsible for booking travel (and related services) for the Firm’s attorneys and administrative staff when traveling on firm business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Books travel reservations firm wide consistent with the Firm’s travel policy, including airfare, hotels and rental cars. Demonstrates appropriate industry knowledge and efficiently uses tools applicable to the position, including appropriate computer software.
- Secures air and hotel upgrades and blocked airline seating, books mileage tickets and arranges airline waivers. Works with Travel Manager to estimate travel expenses for various clients.
- Develops good working relationships with the Firm’s travel management company. Maintains positive relationships with hotel sales managers, airline representatives and car services vendors to facilitate exceptions outside of vendor policies, i.e. waiving no-show fees, etc.

Education: High school diploma.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full service Corporate travel experience required.
Special Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years of advanced Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) experience required.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Word required, other suite applications, such as Excel, preferred.
Attributes: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational and communication skills a must. Additionally, must be a team player, detail-oriented, willing to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
