About the job
You will be given 10-12 very warm leads every day. When I say warm, these are individuals who are ready to book a specific cruise package that they've seen online. They just need your knowledge and expertise in luxury cruise package travel planning, customer service, and sales to deliver it. You will guide them through booking the full package, including flights, accommodation, and on-shore activities.
Ideally you'll come from a luxury cruise background, as you’ll be up to date on the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and new ship offerings. However, if you have extensive experience selling to affluent customers, we would like to hear from you. Based on your previous experience, you’ll be able to build strong relationships with clients that ideally lead to repeat bookings.
What you’ll get in return
Unlike starting from zero as an independent contractor, you’ll have the comfort of a starting point of a $35,000 base salary, and Cruise Unique will match your 401 (k). You will also receive a monthly stipend of $250, which you can put toward benefits such as health insurance. However, the best news is that Cruise Unique is so busy that you can earn considerably more than that as commission. As I mentioned above, there’s no cold calling; you’re given your leads, and all you need to do is use your knowledge and fantastic customer service and sales skills to create that trip of a lifetime.

Working hours are 9 am - 6 pm EST, 5 days per week, including one weekend day. You’ll be dealing with clients from throughout the US. Complete onboarding will be given on the Cruise Unique systems and products, so you can start earning your commission as quickly as possible. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team environment where your success is celebrated. Also, if you’re interested in career progression, there is a future opportunity to be promoted to Sales Manager.
