Role Summary
Atomic Trips is hiring a dependable, polished, and operations-minded person to train as a Travel Operations Coordinator and Assistant Trip Director. You will start with our team in Las Vegas, helping prepare international group trips, coordinate vendors, review budgets, support travelers, and learn the systems behind each departure.
Once fully trained, you will travel internationally and help operate group trips alongside the trip director, local vendors, drivers, hotels, restaurants, guides, and travelers, keeping each experience organized, on schedule, and well supported. This is a fit for someone who is calm, organized, good with people, and able to solve problems in real time.
This is work, not a vacation. The role involves real hours, long days, and full responsibility for the guest experience. We are looking for someone who takes that seriously.
Compensation
Estimated first-year earning opportunity: approximately $35,000 to $48,000
Depending on availability, assignments accepted, experience, and progression in the role. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed salary, and total earnings vary. Required business travel expenses are covered separately.
