Position Overview:
Rescor is seeking experienced Executive Protection Agents for a rotational assignment supporting a principal with extensive domestic and international travel.
This position is designed for experienced protection professionals who want the flexibility to live remotely while maintaining a consistent rotational schedule. Rescor coordinates travel to and from the assignment at the beginning and end of each rotation, allowing agents to reside outside the principal's home location.
Agents are scheduled for approximately 17 days per month, which includes two travel days and one mandatory day off during the rotation. While on rotation, agents should expect a demanding operational tempo and extensive global travel alongside the principal.
This is a hands-on executive protection position requiring professionalism, discretion, adaptability, strong judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in changing environments around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional executive protection services for the principal during domestic and international movements.
- Conduct protective advances and assess venues, hotels, residences, airports, transportation routes, and other locations.
- Provide secure transportation and protective driving as required.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, airport movements, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics.
- Maintain situational awareness and identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and operational concerns.
- Develop and maintain primary and alternate routes, contingency plans, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with other members of the protection team, household staff, aviation personnel, drivers, hotels, venues, and outside security partners.
- Adapt protective operations to different countries, cultures, environments, and threat conditions.
- Maintain a low-profile, service-oriented approach appropriate for executive and high-net-worth environments.
- Protect sensitive information regarding the principal, family, residences, travel, and daily activities.
- Maintain appropriate equipment and operational readiness throughout each rotation.
- Respond effectively to medical, security, logistical, and travel-related emergencies.
- Complete required reporting and communicate relevant information during shift and rotational handoffs.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, appearance, fitness, and readiness throughout the assignment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 Years of professional executive protection experience.
- Valid CA Guard Card by time of hire.
- Ability to obtain CA Exposed Firearms Permit and CA CCW.
- Demonstrated experience supporting principals in dynamic environments.
- Strong protective driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel internationally without significant restrictions.
- Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for frequent international travel.
- Ability to work extended and irregular hours while on rotation.
- Strong situational awareness, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
- High degree of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a rotational protection team.
- Physically capable of meeting the demands associated with executive protection and frequent travel.
Salary:
Rescor offers an annual compensation package of approximately $145,000, based on the position's hourly rate and applicable per diem while working the rotational schedule.
