Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Responsibilities include providing destination advice, preparing itineraries, managing reservations and changes, and ensuring that client preferences, budgets, and timelines are met. The role involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and communications. The Travel Consultant will also stay informed about travel regulations, promotions, and industry trends to offer up-to-date guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and coordinate end-to-end travel plans.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book and modify flights, accommodations, and other services accurately.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
• Comfort with remote work tools, online booking platforms, and basic office software.
• Prior experience in travel agencies, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
