Description
As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will involve on-going learning, communicating with clients, booking travel options, and creating personalized itineraries. Make-your-own-hours in this remote role as an Independent Contractor. Compensation is purely commission based.
Qualifications
- Reside in the United States
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of travel destinations and tourist attractions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms and tools
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn about various suppliers and destinations
- Willingness to be an Independent Contractor in a commission based travel business
