When I decided to take the leap and open my own travel business three years ago, I chose Uniglobe — and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As a brand-new advisor, I was a little nervous about what lay ahead, but the Mentor U program provided exactly what I needed. The training was incredibly organized, and the support from the Uniglobe team was outstanding. Step by step, they taught me how to book travel with confidence and helped me build a strong foundation for my business. Through Uniglobe, I also appreciate the tremendous value of working with other advisors who are always there to help and give encouragement. Our preferred suppliers are genuinely invested in helping advisors succeed. The encouragement, expertise, and sense of community within my "Uniglobe Family" have truly made my journey as a travel advisor rewarding and successful. Ana White Ana White Luxury Trave

I have been working at Evyssa Vacations for 7 years, and Csilla is not only my boss but also a good friend. I came to the travel industry as my second career after retiring from teaching. Csilla is always approachable and helpful when you have a question about a booking. I have learned so much from her over the years that I joke and say to her, "Will you be my travel agent?"!! We benefit from personalized training, supplier meetings, industry shows, and strong team connections that help us grow and stay supported in Evyssa Vacations. I also appreciate that I am encouraged to develop my own niche within the company and truly excel in my book of business, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally while still being supported every step of the way. Evyssa Vacations is the perfect agency to align your goals and passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.

What do you like most about TravelJoy? I love that I have complete access to my business from anywhere & that I have gone entirely paperless. The dashboard, calendar, tasklists, forms, automation & email templates allow me to streamline my workflow & save me time! A huge step from word & spreadsheets! What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved? Subfolders in the File cabinet would help document organization. I would also love to sort clients by status: Active, inactive, inquiries, by year. This would help exporting lists for labels, holiday cards & targeted marketing. What problems does TravelJoy solve for you? I love that I can document the trails of correspondence: Guest accept/decline for trip protection, T&Cs and that I can safely collect payment authorizations, store guest credentials and collect my service fees! I also love the easy tutorials & that the team continues to develop new tools for advisors. What are some areas of TravelJoy's product that could be improved? I don't feel like direct booking for clients highlights the agent's value. It takes away from the agent-client partnership. What problems does TravelJoy solve for you? I love how they also keep innovating. This is so important in this ever-changing industry!

Hi, I’m Steph! I own the site. :)

I’m passionately curious, always up for something new! I love to travel, read/write, and meet new people. I have a sweet Aussie named Fennec and a boisterous Husky mix called Orion that keep me company!

I grew up in the travel industry, my parents’ travel agency was in the basement. Later on, I built and worked at a host agency for years. Sometimes I get so excited about things, I think I leave a trail of rainbows in my footprints! :)
