Lots of personal development tools and with such large buying power, it's allowed me make money on more things which may have previously been non-commissionable. The contracts are very robust resulting in increased profitability. Support is plentiful and there's always someone available to assist if needed.

GTC does a good job at arranging FAM trips. They pick agents that will likely work well together and thoughtfully plan out the itinerary.
