GTC has provided amazing opportunities for the growth of my business. Lots of personal development tools and with such large buying power, it's allowed me make money on more things which may have previously been non-commissionable. The contracts are very robust resulting in increased profitability. Support is plentiful and there's always someone available to assist if needed.
GTC is a powerhouse and for the most part, I am happy and my clients are happy. The buying power we have is important to me and I feel there is good IC support. While the company feels so big and it feels there are constant changes, it seems headed towards better changes in the long run. I strive for advancement in technology resources for our everyday workflow.

There are some great learning tools offered when you join Global Travel Collection. Webinars, in office presentations and more online. In addition, better commissions are offered as Virtuoso members, which add to the commission amount. No matter how long you have been in the industry, there is always a need to learn more about destinations and resources.

Best airline contracts/cruise and tour contacts. Back office is top notch and support couldn't be any better . Other consortium's including Amex could learn how to support IC's like GTC does now and has from the beginning
Also so much information at our fingertips....because of volume they have the best relationships with all of the vendors . Couldn't ask for a better partnership in this business especially coming from one of the other consortium's that really only cared about revenue and not the person or the customers. GTC puts IC's at the top of their priorities as we continue to navigate all of the changes in the industry ....40 year plus year agent finally found the right fit and so happy we found them during cvoid when all of the others were not taking care of their employees GTC took us all in like family and we started making good decisions instead of just getting rid of people
