I’ve been an independent travel agent with Archer/Evolution Travel since 2018, and my experience over the past seven years has been phenomenal for my career.

As an entrepreneur-based host, Evolution provides the infrastructure, supplier access, and flexibility needed to build a legitimate travel business—while placing responsibility where it belongs: with the agent. Through consistent engagement, ongoing education, and real-world booking experience, I’ve been able to grow sustainably and professionally.

I’ve maintained IATAN accreditation for five consecutive years, which speaks to both production and compliance standards. The support, partnerships, and scalability Evolution offers have allowed me to operate with credibility and confidence in the industry.

This model is best suited for agents who are serious about ownership, accountability, and long-term growth—not shortcuts. For me, Archer/Evolution has delivered exactly that.

I've been with Archer over 3 years and when I started I had only done my own travel, so I knew the basic. The support team is amazing and they provide so much training that it gets over whelming, so you have to take one step at a time, but it's well worth it. We are truly a family and everyone works together for the greater good of the travel advisors. I wouldn't want to go any where else.

Archer and Evolution travel are an incredible company to work with. The freedom, flexibilty and access we have is amazing and I am able to truly run my travel business as I see fit with the support I need. For what you spend per month, it's the same as buying your $4 latte 5 days a week on your way to work; except this brings you income. This is a business and it does take work, but be coachable, take what is being taught and apply it and you can truly change your life.

My experience with ARCHER TRAVEL GROUP / EVOLUTION ENTERPRISES has been quite disappointing & such a waste of my valuable time! I was lured on LinkedIn by THREE different job opportunities (Remote Travel Partner, Travel Planning Assistant & Virtual Scheduling Assisant) only to find out, that these three different companies all ended up being the same SCAM – ARCHER!!!!! I was interested in positions offered by “Believe Travel Australia; Maritza Solis from Believe Travel based supposedly in Cusco, Peru; and SeaBreeze Homes and Living by Johnny V and Elizabeth in Sarasota, Southwest Florida – www.seabreezehomesandliving.com.”

I submitted my interested and then was scheduled quickly for an online Zoom meeting. I attended all three which lasted just over an hour ONLY to find out that they all revolve around the same scam concept…to recruit more people into a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme! While the company initially presents itself as a professional opportunity in the travel industry, the primary focus seems to be on them expanding a recruitment network where they make $$$$ as you are required to pay an Enrollment/Initiation Fee of either $89.98USD (ESSENTIALS PACKAGE) or $299.00USD (BUNDLE PACKAGE) plus a monthly fee of $89.99USD!

Their focus is to generate revenue for themselves through recruitment rather than offering value or real opportunities in the travel industry. In order for a travel agent to cover $89.99USD a month, they would have to sell over $1125USD in travel a month just to cover their monthly fee! They promote that they offer the HIGHEST COMMISSIONS IN THE INDUSTRY where 80% is for the PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL AGENT and 20% is for ARCHER TRAVEL.

ARCHER TRAVEL GROUP / EVOLUTION ENTERPRISES AKA BELIEVE (AND WHAT OTHER NAMES THEY USE) was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! I would not recommend this to anyone seeking a legitimate opportunity in the travel industry. They should be banned from marketing such fake work opportunities!

I joined the team around two years ago, coming in with little knowledge about host agencies or the travel industry, apart from my passion for exploring new places! Once I discovered that I could enjoy the benefits and discounts of being a travel agent, I decided to take the plunge. I couldn't be happier with my choice. In my first year, I focused on booking my own travels. Then, last year, I began arranging trips for others occasionally. There are countless training opportunities and events available, which can feel overwhelming. Fortunately, all the training sessions are completely free, and my professional organization allows me to count these trainings as PDUs! It truly is a win-win situation for me! This year, I attended the convention, and I know that next year, I won't miss it for anything! It's amazing that they are able to trust individuals using their name to get access to the vendors and all other travel agents that this seriously and the team we have formed is amazing, I will never leave! Plus, I do not have an hourly boss cutting down my throat so that he can get ahead with his career and botch mine! I am my OWN DESTINY here and Archer Travel makes sure I succeed!

I wanted to take a minute to talk about Archer because let’s be real, they sometimes get a bad rap for being labeled as an MLM. Here’s the deal—Yes, you can mentor other agents if you want to, but NO, it’s not something you have to do!

I genuinely love being part of this company. Ron Archer and Reggie Rivas are so supportive—they even have an open-door (or open-phone!) policy. It’s a big company, but it still feels like a close-knit family.

Archer offers tons of training opportunities, but it’s up to each agent to show up, put in the effort, ask questions, and take advantage of what’s available. Honestly, I think some of the negative reviews come from people expecting everything to be handed to them. At the end of the day, this is a business opportunity. The tools and resources are there—you just have to use them.
And let me tell you, the support from this host agency? Absolutely incredible!

While we are considered a hybrid, we are first and foremost travel agents. Because many of us love what we do and only found this amazing opportunity because someone invited us to hear about it, we choose to team build. Archer has been fabulous! The support we get from everyone is amazing. We even have Ron Archer’s phone number! I will say that some of the info on this site is incorrect as we receive 80% of the commission and we do have E & O insurance. There are daily trainings both from Archer as well as our teams so you are always in the know. Help is always a phone call, zoom or email away.

I came on here to review Archer since honestly they get a bad rap for supposedly being an MLM. Is there an option to mentor other agents? Yes. Do you have to? No! This past year I was awarded the #1 travel booker for Archer. I love this company. Ron Archer and Reggie Rivas are here for their agents. They have an open door (phone call) policy. I've been with Archer Travel for just over nine months, and it's been an incredible journey! Dreaming of a career in travel, I spent years booking trips for friends and family, wishing I could turn my passion into a profession. When the opportunity with Archer presented itself, I jumped at it.

Bad company will not refund my monthly payment I paid. They're misleading in saying they give you marketing when they don't. I will file a complaint to the BBB and let people know on facebook. I would not go with this company as agent or a travel customer. They mislead on what an agent gets when they sign up and then don't want to refund the monthly payment.
