Position Overview:

We're seeking motivated, customer-focused Independent Travel Agents who are ready to build or grow their own book of business under the Topsail Travel brand. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You’ll have access to industry-leading training, marketing support, supplier connections, and a community of fellow travel professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and book travel experiences (flights, lodging, tours, cruises, etc.) for clients
• Create custom itineraries for adventure, luxury, cultural, or group travel
• Build and manage client relationships with excellent service and communication
• Stay current with travel trends, destinations, and vendor offerings
• Attend supplier trainings, webinars, and optional FAM trips
• Promote Topsail Travel via social media and personal networks
