Help us bring educational travel to more students by connecting with teachers who are ready to lead life-changing tours.

This is a sales role, but not a scripted one. You’ll be building relationships with educators, understanding their goals, and helping them launch international travel programs. If you're a self-starter who’s energized by outreach, motivated by mission, and unafraid to follow up, we want to hear from you.

You’ll need to work with autonomy, move fast, and be comfortable navigating change. There’s a foundation in place, but we’re looking for people to help shape the structure. The people who thrive here are the ones who can solve problems, stay organized, think creatively, and keep their sense of humor when things don’t go to plan.

What you'll do:

  • Reach out to teachers across the country to introduce Blue Dot
  • Manage your own pipeline and sales cycle
  • Understand teacher needs and determine if Blue Dot is the right fit
  • Hit activity targets and sales goals without losing the human touch
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, and solve problems proactively
  • Help build the playbook as we grow

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a service mindset
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely and wearing multiple hats
  • Experience in educational travel a real plus and may affect starting compensation

Compensation: Base + uncapped commission. Most hires start with a base salary between $45K–$55K, depending on experience. Expect year one commission of $10k-$20k. Educational travel is relationship-driven, pipelines build over time. Most reps see commission at least double in year two as their network grows. Candidates with significant experience in educational travel may be considered for higher starting compensation.
