Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences, including creating customized itineraries, managing reservations, and arranging transportation and accommodations. Key responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, offering travel advice, resolving inquiries, and staying updated on global travel trends and policies to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in organizing Travel Arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries
• Strong skills in Customer Service and managing Reservations
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of global travel trends and policies
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
