Set up and manage employee profiles in SAP Concur and deliver training on the programTrain new employees on travel policies, procedures, required documentation and travel insuranceMaintain and update the corporate travel policy and ensure SAP Concur reflects policy changes, pricing and workflowsNegotiate hotel rates, coordinate with travel agencies (e.g., BCD) to load negotiated rates, and maintain rate agreements, contracts and supporting recordsAudit SAP Concur and travel agency bookings against policy compliance and remediate exceptionsMake travel arrangements for non‑SMS personnel (foreign employees, candidates, contractors)Partner with Recruiting and Mobility to support employee transfers and international arrivals (moving logistics, temporary housing, car rental)Approve or escalate rental car requests and coordinate vehicle distribution with receptionObtain leadership approvals for travel and expenses that exceed established limitsMonitor and facilitate use of company credit cards, frequent‑flyer and loyalty programsMaintain the non‑refundable ticket tracker, transition applicable tickets to the ETRP, and retain supporting documentation for audit and accountingPlan and execute corporate events, meetings, conferences and social functions; coordinate hotel rooming blocks, guarantees, cancellations and rooming listsPerform monthly corporate card reconciliations, obtain missing receipts, resolve discrepancies and prepare cost allocations for AccountingPerform other related duties as assigned
What You'll Need
High school diploma required; some higher education preferredPrevious training and 5+ years experience travel software highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong working knowledge of the travel industryExcellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goalExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareWhat We Do
