Ciao Bambino is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our boutique agency, specializing in high-end family travel.

Since 2005, Ciao Bambino has been a trusted authority in family travel, combining a highly regarded editorial platform with a full-service luxury travel agency. As part of Virtuoso and American Society of Travel Advisors, our advisors benefit from strong industry partnerships, preferred supplier relationships, and a steady flow of qualified leads.

This is a full-time, remote independent contractor role ideal for a motivated advisor who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and sell customized luxury travel experiences, including:
• Full-service itineraries
• Standalone hotel and resort bookings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and repeat business
• Manage the end-to-end booking process, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up
• Conduct in-depth research to craft personalized, high-touch travel experiences
• Leverage internal tools and preferred partner relationships to maximize value for clients

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (travel or other high-touch, consultative sales preferred)
• Background in travel, hospitality, or event planning
• Extensive international travel experience (family travel experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with:
• Email and digital communication tools
• Online research
• Social media platforms
• Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Relationship-driven with a passion for client service
• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Experience using a CRM system
• Established book of business (a plus, but not required)
