Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will provide personalized travel planning services, assist clients in arranging travel logistics and bookings, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include understanding client preferences, providing expert travel advice, coordinating travel arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The Travel Advisor will act as a key liaison between clients and travel vendors, offering thoughtful solutions to create memorable travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and suppliers
- Expertise in Travel Arrangements, including booking accommodations, flights, and activities
- Prior experience in a Travel Agency or similar role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations
- Proficiency in relevant travel booking software is a plus
