The Senior Travel Agent with Sabre GDS and Travel Operations Support combines advanced booking expertise with Sabre GDS mastery to ensure seamless travel experiences for corporate and VIP clients while serving as an in-house Sabre expert.

✅ Core Responsibilities

Complex Travel Arrangements

• Handle multi-segment itineraries, international travel, and special fare requests providing personalized service for corporate accounts. Manage exchanges, refunds, and reissues accurately with or without scripts or similar tools
• Provides exceptional internal and external customer service

Sabre System Expertise

• Create and modify PNRs, profiles, PCC’s and agency settings using advanced Sabre commands and assist with Sabre automation tools
• Apply fare rules, ticketing procedures, and corporate travel policies.
• Interaction with Online Booking Tools (Concur Travel and Spotnana)
• Extensive experience leveraging Sabre Red
