We are seeking motivated, sales-driven Travel Consultants / Reservation Agents who are passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building strong relationships with travel advisors.

✈️ What You’ll Do

• Consult with retail travel agents to design tailored itineraries and travel solutions
• Sell and manage escorted tour programs in addition to customized FIT itineraries
• Prepare detailed quotes and proactively upsell value-added services
• Respond efficiently to inquiries via phone and email to help close sales
• Troubleshoot itinerary challenges and offer creative solutions
• Promote and cross-sell Petrabax products, including escorted tours and specialty programs
• Maintain accurate bookings and customer records
• Collaborate with a team focused on service excellence and growth

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Experience in the travel industry (tour operator, agency, reservations, or sales)
• Bilingual English & Spanish — Spanish fluency is mandatory
• Strong customer service and sales mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & email systems

Preferred (Plus):

• Knowledge of Spain, Portugal, and/or Morocco
• Experience using Amadeus or similar GDS
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Portuguese language skills
