Role Description

This is a fully remote, 100% sales-based Travel Advisor role. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, creating customized travel plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. On a daily basis, you will focus on managing travel arrangements, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members specializing in similar travel niches is integral to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills to ensure positive client experiences.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including active listening and clear, professional articulation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in travel arrangements and familiarity with travel agency operations.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup, and proficient with relevant software and tools.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry or related fields is an advantage.
