Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in The Colony, TX, for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing travel reservations, assisting customers with inquiries, coordinating travel arrangements including car rentals and accommodations, and generating sales through seamless client support. The role requires providing outstanding customer service and creating personalized travel plans to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Car Rental coordination skills
• Proven ability to achieve goals in Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and industry software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel or hospitality are advantageous
