Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Advisor to design customized, high-end travel experiences for clients from a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with clients to plan seamless journeys while managing travel arrangements from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients remotely to understand travel preferences, timelines, and budgets
- Create personalized luxury travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and experiences
- Coordinate bookings and communicate with travel partners and suppliers
- Manage multiple client trips simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Provide timely and professional communication before, during, and after travel
- Maintain accurate client records, itineraries, and booking documentation
- Assist clients with changes or issues that may arise during travel
Requirements
- Experience in travel planning, hospitality, sales, or a client-facing service role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, calendars, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
