Company Background and Job Description:
Alta Concierge is a luxury travel and lifestyle consultancy offering one-of-a-kind experiences and specialized services to a select few. A successful and growing boutique firm is seeking a hard-working, organized, and driven individual. Attention to detail and strong work ethic are both essential in this role.
We are looking for someone to fill a position temporarily part-time starting from early April 2x week, then full-time from mid-May to early January. However, we are growing and if it’s a good fit then we would very much be interested in bringing the candidate on full-time.
Day to day:
- Assist the team with administrative tasks such as quoting luxury hotels, air, subsequently booking travel, assisting with hard-to-get restaurant reservations, ticketing, and building itineraries
- Updating database with client notes and travel details
- Creating and managing client itineraries
- Assist with coordination of ground transportation, excursions, and special requests for VIP clients
- Liaise with the Air Team as needed to assist in clients’ air needs
- Establish strong relationships with travel partners and destination experts
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Luxury Concierge and Travel Coordinator to play an essential role in Alta’s in-house operations team. This position focuses on supporting the Founder of Alta and Travel Executive in managing travel for a select group of VIP clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing hotel options, checking rates, drafting trip quotes, and reconfirming upcoming stays.
As part of the sales team, you’ll assist in the day-to-day operations of Alta’s growing VIP clientele while collaborating with suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about travel and hospitality, with an eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Job Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work full-time in our office in West Hollywood, Monday-Friday
- 1-3 years of prior professional experience, including internships or part-time roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and suppliers
- Attention to detail, especially when managing multiple bookings and inquiries simultaneously
- Experience with Excel, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar collaboration tools
- Comfortable on the phone and emailing with foreign partners – both suppliers and hotel general managers abroad
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and resourceful; an intuitive problem-solver
- A passion for travel and providing outstanding customer service to high-end clients
- Team player, able to work collaboratively and within a team

Additional details:
- Please note that the salary will vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, previous performance, etc. Although benefits are not in place at this time, it’s likely they are implemented in the future as we continue to grow.
- Potential Bonus structure likely available.
- Salary will be dependent upon experience and expertise in luxury travel booking.
