**Join Our Team as an Advisor Support Specialist and Travel Advisor**

Are you passionate about travel and assisting others with growing their travel business? We’re looking for an experienced Travel Agent to provide support for our travel advisors. Levarte Travel is a growing host industry with over 500 members.

Responsibilities:

·      On-board new members

·      Stay on top new industry tools including those offered with a membership and assist agents with questions and recommendations

·      Assist agents in planning and booking travel experiences 

Ability to assist and train agents with itineraries and arrangements

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer top-notch customer service

·      Collaborate with team to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction

·      Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations and activities 

·      Answer the phone and agent question during office hours daily(9am to 4pm central)

Qualifications:

·      Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required

·      Excellent customer service and communication skills

·      Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

·      Minimum 3 years of experience as a travel agent

·      Strong understanding of travel software and booking systems

·      Full Time Position including a one or two evenings a month and 3 or 4 weekend travel events a year

·      Group travel experience and knowledge of marketing automation is a plus
