JustinBradley’s client, a payment processing company, is seeking an experienced Executive Travel Coordinator to support complex domestic and international travel arrangements for senior executives. This role will ensure seamless travel logistics for key leaders, including the Chief People Officer, Senior Fellow, and Vice Chair, working in close collaboration with Senior Executive Assistants and the Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Must be able to be 100% on-site to Purchase, NY.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and travel documentation.
  • Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries in alignment with business priorities and preferences.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants and Chiefs of Staff to optimize travel plans and ensure executive readiness.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the company’s corporate travel provider.
  • Monitor and manage travel-related expenses, credit card usage, and loyalty programs.
  • Advise on and assist with specialized travel documents such as visas, passports, and international travel requirements.
  • Ensure last-minute travel changes are addressed promptly with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality while supporting sensitive travel agendas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external travel partners.

  • Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-leg international and domestic travel.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
  • Experience using corporate travel platforms and booking systems.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
