I joined Dugan’s in 2013 and have been so impressed! I proudly recommend to people who ask me about getting started in the travel industry. I don’t think there is a better support staff to work with. There is such a vast amount of experience and always someone who knows the answer no matter the question. I appreciate the family feeling but the autonomy that we are given to grow our businesses. The support staff responds to emails, comments and suggestions very quickly and I feel like I my opinion does matter no matter how long you’ve been in the business. I truly enjoy Dugan’s U and I have been trying to make sure my schedule is open in September. I also like the traditional Dugan’s Family events like “Oogie Boogie Bash” and the cruises. I will be attending my first Dugan’s family cruise and I am so excited. My husband (who is now deceased) and I could not have chosen a better work family to learn and grow a business with. I love my Dugan’s family.

I joined Dugan's in 2019 after leaving a toxic host agency who stole their agents money. I was welcomed with open arms and into an agency that far exceeded the last. They offer trainings, systems to keep you organized, and events to further your knowledge of the industry and vendors. I am forever grateful for this company and what it has offered. Amazing host agency for anyone starting out or seasoned in the industry.

I joined Dugan’s Travel in 2022. Being new to the travel industry I wanted to make sure I found an agency that would be supportive and provide me with the training I would need to be successful. I did a lot of research before making my final decision, but I can definitely say that I made the best decision choosing Dugan’s Travel. I just joined Dugan's this past May 2023. So far, I have been extremely happy with my time here. I've been working my way through the large amount of trainings that they have available to their agents. I've been with Dugan's Travels since April 2018 and have loved my time with them. The support the administration provides is top notch and the trainings they make available are phenomenal. Their Client Management System is great for keeping track of sales, clients, commissions, etc. I was also able to get a great discount on a Travefy account through them. I couldn't imagine a better Host Agency.
