Our Approach

Our role as a host agency is not to simply sign advisors, but to support those who are committed to building something meaningful.

Fees & Structure

• Start-Up Fee: $430 (includes first year of participation)
• Year 2: $430 annual participation fee
• Year 3 and Beyond: $600 annual participation fee
• E&O Coverage: $50 annually

E&O coverage is provided under Dugan’s Travels policy. Advisors are encouraged to obtain their own Errors & Omissions policy to ensure coverage that aligns with their individual business needs.

Commission Structure

All advisors begin at 75% commission.

Commission levels are based on commission earned through Dugan’s Travels over a 12-month review period:

• Under $2,500 → 75%
• $2,500–$7,499 → 80%
• $7,500–$14,999 → 85%
• $15,000+ → 90%

Advisors also have the option to participate in higher commission levels through a buy-up structure.

For Experienced Advisors

Advisors with an established book of business may be eligible for higher starting commission levels based on verified commission earnings.

We recognize prior success and aim to provide a structure where experienced advisors can continue to grow without starting over.
