Founded in 1997 by Jennifer Dugan, Dugan’s Travels was built on the belief that travel advisors should be able to build meaningful, profitable businesses without sacrificing family, flexibility, or support. What began as a small, values-driven agency has grown into a well-established host supporting hundreds of independent advisors across the U.S.

From the beginning, our focus has remained the same: real education, practical support, and long-term growth—not just recruitment.

Commission Structure

• 70% starting commission
• 75% after 6 months with DU credits
• 80% after 1 year with DU credits
• 85% after 2 years and DU event participation
• Up to 90% based on tenure, education, and performance
• Service fees paid at 95%
