I’ve been with Dugan’s since 2014 and happily renewed my contract last month! I had limited experience when I started out. Just a passion for travel and wanting to help people create an awesome vacation experience. I did a lot of research before choosing Dugan’s as my host agency. Dugan's agents are like a big family, there is always someone that has experience in what you need help with, and they are always willing to share their knowledge. During this past year, Jennifer and the management team have gone above and beyond my expectations from weekly zoom sessions, ongoing training, moral support, and providing tools to use to assist us in maintaining and growing our agencies through difficult times. I have worked with Dugans Travels since 2009. They have been very supportive of my travel business, sending me lots of training and FAM opportunities and supporting me when I need to get commissions from suppliers. The other agents support each other and we have a great platform for sharing ideas and resources.
I have been waiting to write this review so that I could be honest in my thoughts. I have been with Dugans now a year and a half. They have been supportive in so many areas of this business. Helping you to understand the business when you are new, insight into how to handle difficult situations that may arise, growing your business, and so much more. They offer so many ways to be involved and learn how to be the best version of you in this industry. They offer so many chances for hands-on learning with trips; it is up to you to take them up on the opportunity. I have loved meeting so many supportive agents when taking training opportunities and meeting all the management team as well. I am glad that I did my research and picked a host agency that cares about you and not being a number. I will continue to be grateful that they said yes to me. I look forward to the new year with their support to continue to grow my business.

Once I made the decision to pursue and build my Travel Advisor business, I was incredibly overwhelmed by the choices and options available. I did my research, I feel, and kept coming back to Dugan's Travels to investigate further as my Host Agency. I liked the size of the company; I liked the supposed training and support that Dugan's offers; I liked the "family" philosphy and true relationships that appeared to be possible with your team and peers. I am newer but diving in head first into this profession and my business with bookings and some amazing clients already. I have been with Dugan's Travels for one year and new to the industry. I have been supported every step of the way! I am so grateful to the professional training and mentorship Dugan's has provided. Their training program (Dugan's University) is very helpful. If I need assistance or Dugan's is always prompt to assist. I joined Dugan's Travels on June 30, 2023, completely new to the travel industry but excited because I had always loved planning trips for friends and family. From day one, being a beginner was never an issue. The entire Dugan’s team supported me every step of the way. I attended DU in September ’23 and again in September '25 to learn as much as I could, and it was an amazing experience—everyone was friendly, helpful, and the supplier sessions were incredibly informative.
Now, in my third year with Dugan’s, I appreciate their support and resources even more. Their help desk continues to offer quick, reliable responses, and CEO Jennifer still goes above and beyond with her accessibility and genuine investment in agent success. Dugan’s provides so many tools to help you grow at your own pace, from ongoing trainings to Bootcamp, which I completed and found full of constant “lightbulb moments.”
What started as a way to make some extra money doing something I love has turned into more success than I expected—I even made the Top 25 a few times and look forward to hitting that mark again. The encouragement, education, and community here make all the difference. New goals are to get to 5 star status in 2026, and with Dugan's help I'm sure I will get there!

I've been with Dugan's Travels for many years. It is a great organization. The management team is more responsible than any I have seen. Both them and the other agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
